Today's blog title has a double meaning. The first being the season of course, and the second (and most important) being Autumn is my daughters name.
This weekend was beautiful, and Autumn spent hours raking leaves into big piles and then she jumped into them, rolled around in them, buried herself underneath them, did cartwheels into them, slid into them and on and on ... (And yes we did a tick check afterwards ;)

Unfortunately this beautiful weather is about to come to a screeching halt with Hurricane Sandy on the horizon. Schools are cancelled today as we snuggle up indoors and wait to see what she brings us. Hopefully trick-or-treat won't be cancelled on Wednesday. I mean what would we do without all that candy?
Hope you all have a great week. If your in the hurricane's path I hope you stay safe, and if you've already been through it I hope everything is ok.

Cute pictures. I thought about raking this past weekend, but with Sandy coming in - it seemed like a waste of time because we'll just have to redo it next weekend.
